Terms and Conditions

These terms govern purchases from KAAAD GOLF, operated by Roy Kaaad Investments Ltd. By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery and contact information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into the purchase.

Product descriptions, availability and prices may change before an order is submitted. The price confirmed by our server when your order is created is the applicable price. Obvious pricing or availability errors may be corrected before fulfilment, with a refund where payment has already been collected.

Online card and bank payments are processed by Paystack. An order is paid only after our server independently confirms the transaction status, reference, customer email, currency and amount with Paystack. A browser message, screenshot or payment alert alone is not proof of settlement.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. You must provide a reachable phone number and safe delivery address. Risk passes when the product is delivered to you or an authorised recipient. Collection arrangements must be confirmed with our team.

Inspect the product promptly after delivery. Contact us with the order reference and evidence of any defect, damage or incorrect item. Return eligibility depends on the product condition, the reason for return and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right to cancel, return a product, receive a replacement or obtain a refund. Do not return an item without receiving return instructions.

You may use this website only for lawful personal or business purchasing. KAAAD GOLF branding, product media, designs and site content may not be copied, resold or misrepresented without written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
